Claire Rothrock and Ryann Weir are Rothrock + Weir

TV/FILM: Currently in the room on GUILTY CREATURES (Apple TV) while developing THE LAST SEDUCTION for FX/Poison Pen/ITV.

Previously, their original pilot THE DARLINGS, was developed at FX with Chernin producing and their pilot CLOISTER F*CKED (aka OUR LADIES OF BROOKLYN) was developed and made at The CW, with CBSTV and Sutton St. producing. Showrunner: Jennie Snyder Urman (creator of JANE THE VIRGIN). Rothrock + Weir were 2018 Sundance New Voices Fellows and 2019 Sundance Episodic Fellows.

Other notable collaborators include: Katie Couric, Connie Britton, Sarah Jessica Parker's Pretty Matches Productions, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage's Fake Empire, Leslye Headland, Madica Productions, FX, Paramount+, The CW, Poison Pen and ITV Studios.

THEATER: They penned THE UNDERTOW (an original musical commission by NYU) and co-wrote/starred in the original play I HEARD SEX NOISES produced by Ars Nova Theater, among many others. 

ALSO: Claire received her MFA in acting from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and Ryann is a proud alumni of the Obie-winning group EST/Youngblood. Both taught at NYU’s Playwrights Horizons Theater School.
